About Eric
Eric Robinson is completely in love with God and sees His word as the second most astounding way that God has shown His love to us.
After emotionally tumultuous and suicidal teenage years, Eric came face to face with the love of God at age 20 and was immediately transformed by that love. Not long after that, Eric felt an overwhelming call to ministry and began his formal training at the Center for Christian Education in Dallas, TX, in 1990. He eventually graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1995 with a Master of Science in Biblical and Related Studies.
With his wife, Gina, and their kids, Luke and Claire, Eric and his family have worked with both young church plants and established churches, often in vocational ministry. They have devoted themselves to helping the church at large fall in love with God, each other, and the community around it.
Throughout Eric’s ministry, he has always been convicted about the centrality of God’s word to the life of His church. The last decade has only made Eric more convinced that the very intricacies and design of God’s word hold even more valuable insights for believers as individuals and as united church communities than the church has generally realized.
Eric has developed a unique and very interactive teaching style. Students of God’s word participate fully in the learning process often arriving at wonderful conclusions on their own giving a true sense of ownership to the truths that are discovered and reinforced.
A strict devotion to the truth of God’s word guides Eric’s life. His desire to help the church become more confident in and devoted to that word, and to Jesus through it, is the guiding factor to all Eric does.
